Hey past, present and future R2S Team!
The raffle tickets are HERE! (For alumni, riders, crew and anyone who can help sell tickets, this is a team event that needs a team to help do this)
If you have a current donation page - all ticket money you sell goes towards your own CCS Donation page and the R2S grand total.
If you do not have a current donation page, we encourage you to jump in with the r2s team and help us boost our donations by putting a donation page up. (email us for info on how to do that) We really need you to help in the war against Cancer, because we can do this together.
Raffle tickets will be available for pick up on all training rides and at the rider meetings. (see info below to get them)
We have 5,000 tickets this year so that translates to an incredible $100,000 towards cancer research!
1St Prize: NEW 2017 Honda Civic Sedan, valued at $21,785.
2nd Prize: 2 Air Canada Economy Class tickets to anywhere in North America, Hawaii, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
3rd Prize: A 3 Hour Full Flight Simulator experience Boeing 767, you actually fly and land the plane!
4th Prize: $1,000 Gift Certificate from Scan Designs Quality Home Furnishings
Use the tickets to attract the buyer/donator who is wavering on donating versus any dedicated supporter who always donates. The key is to sell all 5,000 tickets.
The tickets come in books of 10, please only take the number you believe you can sell. We do not want to be getting tickets returned the day of the bus ride up to Kelowna, last year was almost perfect.
We will check in with everyone around June 1st. If you have surplus tickets it is a good time to return them if you can't sell them, there will be crew and riders looking for more tickets. We will keep everyone updated of the progress so we can sell every ticket!
Process:

· You must return the ticket stubs and cheques made out to Canadian Cancer Society, or cash (No coins please!) The money will be applied to your donation page. Important reminder ticket purchases are not eligible to a tax deductible receipt.

Unsold tickets and cash must be returned by June 11th (on the taper ride)
Our goal is to SELL THEM ALL, so make it part of your goal too.
We are complying with BC Gaming and CRA guidelines and this is fundamental to maintaining our status for charitable donations.
